Company Introduction
The Korea Environmental Conservation Institute (KECI) was established in 1978 as a specialized environmental institution pursuant to the Framework Act on Environmental Policy to conduct environmental conservation-related research, technology development, education and public awareness activities, and ecological restoration projects.
In 2023, KECI was converted into a government-funded institution, further strengthening its expertise and public responsibility in the field of environmental conservation. The Institute is carrying out various projects, including the promotion of environmental education, the realization of carbon neutrality, the conservation of natural environments, and ecological restoration.
Based on its accumulated expertise and capabilities, KECI supports the effective implementation of national environmental policies and contributes to the realization of sustainable environmental values, enabling people to enjoy healthy and pleasant living environments.

The International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy (ENVEX) is Korea's largest B2B international exhibition dedicated to the environmental industry and decarbonization sectors. Since its inaugural edition in 1979, ENVEX has built a legacy spanning more than 45 years.
Held annually during the first half of the year at COEX in Seoul, the exhibition showcases a comprehensive range of environmental technologies, including water treatment, air quality, and resource circulation, as well as decarbonization (climate tech) solutions such as carbon capture, hydrogen, and solar energy.
Certified by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resource of the Republic of Korea as an international exhibition, ENVEX attracts approximately 260 companies and 45,000 visitors each year.
