ILSHIN's M.F.V RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a patented valve-type regenerative thermal oxidizer designed to overcome the leakage and maintenance limitations of conventional rotary-type RTO systems. It consistently maintains over 99% VOC destruction efficiency and more than 95% thermal energy recovery efficiency for over five years, while its maintenance-friendly design minimizes operating costs and equipment downtime. In addition, the system incorporates Twin-One secondary combustion technology and an automatic ceramic media cleaning system, enabling reliable compliance with increasingly stringent air emission regulations.
