Trenchless Rehabilitation and Cleaning Equipment for Large-Diameter Water Pipelines
This trenchless technology combines an automated pipeline cleaning system that removes rust and coal tar using high-pressure dry ice and walnut shell blasting with an in-situ rehabilitation process that inverts and heats a liner composed of PE film and EVA adhesive to form a durable PE coating on the pipe interior. The technology enables continuous installation of up to 400 m per operation and is applicable to pipelines with diameters of up to D2500 mm. By automating conventional manual cleaning processes, it significantly enhances worker safety and construction efficiency while providing a semi-permanent rehabilitation solution that overcomes the durability limitations of conventional SIPP technologies.
