Main Products & Services
Trenchless Rehabilitation Equipment for large-Scale Water Pipeline
This equipment is an automated construction system for water pipe rehabilitation that automates the entire process, from internal pipe cleaning to pipe heating, liner inversion, and liner adhesion. The system is divided into two main processes: the pre-treatment process and the main treatment process.
The pre-treatment process consists of a driving unit, rotating spray unit, blaster, high-pressure air supply system, cleaning-media transfer system, and dust collection system. In this process, cleaning media is sprayed into the pipe under high pressure to remove foreign materials and contaminants from the inner surface of the existing pipe. The cleaning media is transferred using a vacuum generated by high-pressure air and is then delivered to the spray system for injection into the pipe.
The main treatment process consists of a liner loading platform, inversion machine, sheath heater, and transport unit. The pipe is first heated to above 100°C using the sheath heater. The liner loaded on the loading platform is then fed into the pipe through the inversion machine. The liner is inverted into the pipe at a controlled pressure and speed, allowing it to be continuously attached to the inner surface of the pipe.
The inversion machine uses a Ring Blower to provide an inversion pressure of approximately 3, 000 mmAq and maintains a constant liner inversion speed. After the liner adhesion process is completed, internal pressure is maintained until the pipe temperature decreases to approximately 50°C, thereby promoting stable and uniform adhesion of the liner to the pipe wall.
In addition, the system controls key operating conditions, including the traveling and towing of the transport unit, temperature, pressure, and spray rate. Through the automation of the conventional manual water pipe rehabilitation process, the equipment is designed to improve construction quality consistency, operational safety, and overall construction efficiency.
