Adgreencoat & Ecogreencoat
Duon Energy 1 offers two heat-shield paints. Adgreencoat is a solar heat-shield paint lowering surface and indoor temperatures by reflecting solar radiation. Certified testing (KTC) showed a 23% cut in electricity use vs. conventional paint and 18% vs. a leading overseas product, with surface temperatures averaging 12.3°C lower and indoor temperatures 7.1°C lower, saving an estimated KRW 4.61 million per 40-unit building over 6 summer months.
Ecogreencoat combines heat-shield with photocatalytic air purification and antibacterial performance, for indoor and outdoor use. Using zinc oxide pigment and a cellulose-nanographene additive, it decomposes pollutants (VOCs, acetaldehyde) under UV light while lowering temperatures. Certified results include 81%+ near-infrared reflectance, antibacterial activity of 3.4, thermal conductivity below 0.19, and 39.96%+ acetaldehyde decomposition, outperforming overseas film and paints via one lower-cost formula.
