Company Introduction
DI Engineering Co., Ltd. is a construction safety specialist engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, installation, and rental of system scaffolding optimized for circular and curved structures. To address openings, level differences, overlaps, protrusions, and geometric mismatches that may occur when conventional straight scaffolding is applied to spherical and cylindrical storage tanks, the company developed curvature-responsive ledgers and trapezoidal work platforms. The system can be applied not only to sphere-type and cylinder-type tanks, but also to plant facilities, buildings, and industrial structures with circular geometries. Its patented products have obtained KCS safety certification and have undergone structural analysis, performance testing, value engineering assessment, and field verification. On March 20, 2026, the system was designated as an Innovative Product by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Main Products & Services
TIPO (System Scaffolding for Sphere-Type and Cylinder-Type Tanks) is a dedicated scaffolding system optimized for spherical tanks, cylindrical tanks, and other circular or curved structures. It incorporates curvature-responsive ledgers and trapezoidal work platforms to address geometric mismatches, platform gaps, overlaps, level differences, and protrusions that may occur when conventional straight scaffolding is installed around curved structures.
Through pre-engineered design and modular assembly, TIPO forms a continuous working platform along the curvature of the structure, helping reduce fall, trip, and overturning risks while improving installation accuracy and work efficiency. The system is applicable to petrochemical plants, power facilities, storage tanks, chimneys, and curved architectural or industrial structures.
Its key components are patented and KCS safety-certified, and their structural safety and field applicability have been verified through structural analysis, accredited performance testing, value engineering, and field demonstration.
